1. Eligibility & Use

Domko is designed for students and property owners. You must provide accurate information when creating listings or inquiring about accommodations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Prohibited Conduct

No fraudulent or fake property listings.
No scraping of student data or property details via automated bots.
No harassment of other users or distribution of spam.

3. Listing Authenticity

Domko acts as a marketplace. While we use IP verification and fraud detection to filter malicious actors, we do not guarantee the physical condition of properties. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before making payments.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, and platform features of Domko.si are the intellectual property of the developer. Unauthorized reproduction of the platform's UI/UX or backend architecture is strictly prohibited.

General Rules & Security

Hate speech or offensive language is not allowed. Any violation of the rules results in permanent ban. Fake ads are reported to the competent authorities with all evidence provided (IP, Name, Email).
